I launched my Strategy Days when I was pregnant and today they are such a key part of my business!
I’ve come to absolutely love my Strategy Days with my clients.
I first came up with the idea back in 2023 when I was pregnant with my second child. I wanted to keep my business growing, but I also knew I’d be taking some time off once the baby arrived. I needed a way to serve my clients deeply, without long-term commitments.
What started as a convenient solution has now become the backbone of my business.
Why bother with a Strategy Day?
Strategy Days are transformative.
Every client I work with now begins their coaching journey with one.
Think of it as a great big hug for your business — a day to step back, breathe, and get crystal clear on what you want next.
It’s the headspace you rarely give yourself as a busy business owner — to reflect, plan, and dream a little.
What does a Strategy Day involve?
Your Strategy Day is all about getting away from the day to day of your business and getting that helicopter perspective. The day gives you the time and headspace to really think about whats important and how we can get you to loving your business, making it work for you and generate the cash you want.
In your Strategy Day we cover:
What success means to you in the your business (trust me this is an important one)
Your biggest wins and lessons so far
What’s working (and what’s not)
Where you want your business to go next
How to create a plan to achieve that
My clients get to use my Strategy Templates and together we build their plan. Plus they get access to my templates digitally after the session so that they can use them again and again in the future.
Ultimately, my strategy days work towards 4 key goals with clients:
CLARITY - Throw all the ideas onto the virtual table, prioritise them and get clear on your 3 key goals going forward
CLIENTS - bring in more clients and aligning yourself to your ideal client
CASHFLOW - create a plan to hit a new revenue milestone
CONFIDENCE - Step into the CEO you to level up in your business and become more visible
