The Strategy Growth Hub
In August 2022 I finally launched my first ever group strategy coaching programme. I've never done this before. And I really want to be open and vulnerable with you on this journey. For the last year and a half, I have been coaching my clients one to one. And I've really figured out that helping my clients with strategy has just been my sweet spot, something I love doing and something that they see a lot of value in.
My Anxieties…
I've been thinking about starting a group programme for a while, but I have felt some nervousness, some anxieties about it, as we always do when we're launching something new in business. Some of those feelings that I've had include ‘what will my existing clients think?’, ‘what will people think if I start doing group coaching?’ and ‘will that alienate people that might have wanted to do one to one coaching?’.
I've been worried…. What if no one books on, what if no one wants to work with me in a group.
My Realisation…
Through speaking to people I trust in business and my personal life I realised, it really doesn’t matter.
All I can do is put something out there that feels really aligned to me, and see if it's something that people feel they'll get a lot of value from. I believe in it so much I've crafted it. I've thought about it. I've journaled on it so, so much. My notebooks are full of group strategy programmes, content, ideas, and the practical advice I will provide.
The Details…
The programme will be launching late September to early October. It will consist of 90 minute coaching sessions every fortnight over six fortnight's. So the course will run over three months where you'll have me Jennie Lister, leading you as your business strategy coach.
The reason I believe 90 minute sessions are so effective is because of how each session can be broken down. The first half an hour will allow me to teach some key skills to help you strategise your business more effectively for success.
The second half an hour is going to be all around sharing and building each other up. Coming up with ideas, brainstorming being vulnerable.
And the last half hour is going to be more about consolidation. We will talk about the actions, next steps, and make sure that we have got a plan going forward.
We will be focussing on your 2023 strategy business roadmap. This is going to be like a Bible for you next year. This is going to have everything you need to grow your business. We're going to be really open about our goals, we're going to be talking about the numbers, we'll be talking about revenue goals, we're talking about targets, we'll be talking about what actions do we need to do throughout the year to achieve those goals.
Your milestone plan, your business roadmap, is going to be your key takeaway. Not only that, you're also going to have access to me throughout the programme. So you can message me your wins and your challenges, how you're getting on with your actions in between sessions.
We're going to be looking at the future. But we'll also be talking about the now, we'll look at what revenue generating actions you can take to move yourself forward in light of your vision and goals.
Bonus Coaching
Because this is the very first time I've ever run this programme, I'm doing a bonus one to one call for people that book onto the programme. This can be done at the start or at the end. It's up to you whether you feel like you need to have that chat at the start, or you want to save it to the end when you've kind of got that strategy and that roadmap in place.
