As a business owner, we have so many things going around in our heads and we end up with notes on our phones, notepads and we never get the headspace to allow these to blossom.
A big business would employ a Chief Strategy Officer - this is something we see from global brands such as Microsoft, ASOS and Visa, and there is a good reason for that.
Strategy is something that can often be misunderstood. But strategy is essentially being clear on your goals, and having a plan in place to achieving them. One of my favourite things is to create a powerful milestone plan with my clients and see them reaching their goals, and their plans evolving as time goes on.

In our 90 min intensive strategy & planning sessions we will do a mixture of reflection, planning for the future and idea generation. It will be fully facilitated by me, and you will be doing lots of thinking and getting ready for the next quarter in your business. The output - your Strategy Plan - will be tailored to you and it will include a clear milestone plan to follow for the next quarter and beyond to get you to your goals in your business.

£600 per quarter (option to pay monthly at £200)
